Why Voluntary Worksite Insurance products?   Most employers are not in a position to finance a wide range of benefits for their employees.  Many employees are unable to locate an agent that offers affordable basic insurance products on a one-on-one basis.  Most of the products we offer are individual insurance plans that allow employees to keep their coverage even if they change jobs - a distinct advantage in today's mobile society. 

Interest in voluntary products has dramatically increased over the past ten years:

• 1993 - approximately 28% of employers offered voluntary employee-paid products

• 1997 - approximately 70% of employers offered voluntary employee-paid products

• 2002 - approximately 90% of employers offered voluntary employee-paid products
